With the help of our Institute Consilience Facilitator, we put active effort into empowering and cultivating shared leadership through evidence-based science of team science tools and skills to cultivate multidisciplinary objectives such as cognitive flexibility, methodological versatility, resilience in the face of impasse, intellectual humility, and intellectual curiosity.
We foster opportunities for playful interpersonal sharing, support for team member relationships, and support for cognitive processes-included knowledge transfer through team dictionaries and externalized cognition through technology sharing.
